Welcome to Arbutus
Arbutus is a seaside residential neighbourhood found in the southern portion of Saanich East. The small, peaceful community is adjacent to the larger Gordon Head neighbourhood (at times considered a part of it), and home to some unique properties. Thanks to Arbutus’ location tucked between the waters of Haro Strait to the northeast and the beautiful, garden-filled University of Victoria campus to the southwest, residents living in this community feel very much at home in their natural surroundings. Plenty of houses for sale sit comfortably on spacious lots and there are even parts with roads wooded on both sides, for that added feeling of escape from the crowded city.
